Where to build student housing
Universities with the fewest student residences nearby, screened by an AI agent, approved by you, then HubSpot deals.
What it does
Every month: the universities of your city, how many student residences are within 1 km of each, the 10 with the fewest, a memo on each by an AI agent (who lives around, cafes, shops and stations) and a score; strong sites go for your approval and become HubSpot deals, every site is saved to a sheet.
In one sentence: Monthly on the 1st at 08:00, in Toronto, find universities in the area, count the student dormitories within 1 km of each, sort them by nearby_count and keep the top 10, let the AI agent answer, score and rank them with xMap AI, split them by fit score ≥ 75, wait for approval, then add row in Google Sheets and create deal in HubSpot.
Why it is useful
Student housing pays where demand is high and beds are few. This flow finds those universities, writes an analyst-style memo on each and puts only the strong ones in front of you.
