Best neighbourhoods for families
The neighbourhoods where most children live, ranked for families by schools, playgrounds and parks.
What it does
Every month: the blocks of your city where the most children live, the schools, kindergartens, playgrounds and parks within 1 km of each, ranked by xMap AI for families, mapped and emailed for your agents.
In one sentence: Monthly on the 1st at 08:00, in Melbourne, count who lives around, sort them by children_0_19 and keep the top 40, count the schools, kindergartens and 2 more within 1 km of each, score and rank them with xMap AI, then show them on a map and email the list to you.
Why it is useful
Families ask about schools and parks before price. This flow gives agents and buyers a ranked map of the family areas of the city, refreshed every month.
