Neighbourhood facts and a blurb for every listing in my sheet
Add a listing to a sheet and get its neighbourhood facts and a walkability score.
What it does
When a listing is added to your Google Sheet: the people around it, the schools and shops within 1 km, a walkability score and an area blurb from xMap AI, written back to a sheet and emailed.
In one sentence: When a Google Sheet gets new rows, count who lives around, count the schools and kindergartens within 1 km of each, count the supermarkets, pharmacies and 2 more within 1 km of each, work out new fields, write a summary of each with xMap AI, then add row in Google Sheets and email the list to you.
Why it is useful
Listing descriptions sell better with facts. This flow adds them to every listing without anyone looking them up.
Who it is for
Real estate. Agents, developers and landlords who sell, lease and build, and need to know an area better than anyone. Every use case for real estate

The time it saves
Whenever a row is added to your sheet or table. Doing the same work by hand takes about 15 minutes each time, so it saves about 25 hours a month (an estimate). It is medium: 8 blocks.

How to set it up
- Build your first flow in ten minutes: From a blank page to a flow that emails you a ranked list every morning.
- Ask the map a question: How many of a kind of place, how many people for each, and where the gaps are, answered on the spot.
- Count what is around each of your places: Competitors, footfall magnets or services within a distance of each site.
- Compare sites side by side: Two or three spots measured the same way, one column each, the best of every row marked and the best site and why.
- Location intelligence: Using where things are, and what is around them, to make business decisions.
- Site selection: Choosing where to open a store, branch, clinic or facility.
- How to score candidate store sites: Compare sites on residents, competitors and neighbours, with an AI score and a reason.
