Where to open my next cafe
Areas with many residents and few cafes, scored for your next cafe.
What it does
Every month: areas of your city with many residents, few cafes and well-rated neighbours, checked by an AI agent and scored by xMap AI on a map.
In one sentence: Monthly on the 1st at 08:00, in Vancouver, count who lives around, count the coffee shops and cafes within 1 km of each, keep those where population ≥ 500, work out new fields, sort them by people_per_cafe and keep the top 20, let the AI agent answer, score and rank them with xMap AI, then show them on a map and email the list to you.
Why it is useful
Choosing the next cafe by instinct is expensive. This flow ranks every block by demand and competition every month.

How to set it up
- Ask the map a question: How many of a kind of place, how many people for each, and where the gaps are, answered on the spot.
- Count what is around each of your places: Competitors, footfall magnets or services within a distance of each site.
- Compare sites side by side: Two or three spots measured the same way, one column each, the best of every row marked and the best site and why.
- An instant site report of any spot: Paused for now while xMap improves the data behind it. Reports already made still open.
- Site selection: Choosing where to open a store, branch, clinic or facility.
- How to score candidate store sites: Compare sites on residents, competitors and neighbours, with an AI score and a reason.
- Location intelligence: Using where things are, and what is around them, to make business decisions.
