Weekly competitive intelligence for my cafes
Weekly competitive intelligence: every rival around your branches profiled, with a strategy note.
What it does
Every Monday: the best cafes around each of your branches, rated by xMap AI from their ratings and number of reviews, sorted by price tier, each rival profiled by an AI agent, and a strategy note for the week on Slack and by email.
In one sentence: Mondays at 08:00, take your table, find coffee shops and cafes nearby, remove duplicates, score and rank them with xMap AI, clean up their categories, let the AI agent answer, write a report with xMap AI, then send message to a channel in Slack, email the list to you and show them on a map.
Why it is useful
Most cafe owners only see rivals when they walk past. This flow rates every rival, sorts them by price, profiles each one with an AI agent and tells you three things to do this week.

How to set it up
- Build your first flow in ten minutes: From a blank page to a flow that emails you a ranked list every morning.
- Ask the map a question: How many of a kind of place, how many people for each, and where the gaps are, answered on the spot.
- Count what is around each of your places: Competitors, footfall magnets or services within a distance of each site.
- Compare sites side by side: Two or three spots measured the same way, one column each, the best of every row marked and the best site and why.
- How to score candidate store sites: Compare sites on residents, competitors and neighbours, with an AI score and a reason.
- Site selection: Choosing where to open a store, branch, clinic or facility.
- Location intelligence: Using where things are, and what is around them, to make business decisions.
