Neighbourhoods without a grocery store
Blocks where people live with almost no grocery store, biggest gaps first.
What it does
Every month: blocks of your city with people but almost no grocery store within 500 m, the biggest gaps first, ranked by xMap AI for your distributors and new store partners.
In one sentence: Monthly on the 1st at 08:00, in Sydney, count who lives around, keep those where population ≥ 300, count the grocery stores, convenience stores and supermarkets within 500 m of each, keep those where nearby_count ≤ 1, sort them by population and keep the top 20, score and rank them with xMap AI, then show them on a map and email the list to you.
Why it is useful
Underserved neighbourhoods are where a new shop, a van route or a partner store will sell from day one.
