Monthly outlet census of my city
Every food outlet in your city, by channel, the ones not in your CRM, every month.
What it does
Every month: every grocery, convenience store and supermarket in your city, grouped by channel, the ones not in your HubSpot yet, saved to a sheet and mapped.
In one sentence: Monthly on the 1st at 08:00, in Cairo, find grocery stores, convenience stores and 2 more in the area, remove duplicates, clean up their categories, skip the ones already in your CRM, then add row in Google Sheets, show them on a map and email the list to you.
Why it is useful
An outlet census used to take a field team weeks. This flow keeps one up to date every month and shows the gaps.
Who it is for

The time it saves
