New cinema screens for my film distribution team
Cinemas in your region, chain or independent, with the programmer.
What it does
Every quarter: movie theaters in your region, the new ones only, grouped by chain or independent, with the programming manager from Apollo, for the film distributor’s bookings team.
In one sentence: Monthly on the 1st at 08:00, in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Doha, find movie theaters in the area, keep only new ones, clean up their categories, find the Programming Manager, General Manager and Owner with Apollo, then create company in HubSpot and email the list to you.
Why it is useful
Getting a film on screens means knowing who programmes each cinema. The list stays current as new cinemas open.
Who it is for
Media, newsrooms & publishing. Newsrooms, broadcasters, publishers and media sales teams who need local stories, audiences and advertisers first. Every use case for media & publishing
Best use cases
- A film distributor
- A festival booking films
- An ad agency selling cinema ads
What each run gives you
- New leads in HubSpot
The time it saves
Monthly on the 1st at 08:00. Doing the same work by hand takes about 60 minutes each time; it runs about 1 time a month, so it saves about 1 hours a month (an estimate). It is medium: 8 blocks.

How to set it up
- The xMap Flows browser extension: what is around this business: On a company’s website or a place on a map, one click shows its market and the AI employees to hire for it.
- Build your first flow in ten minutes: From a blank page to a flow that emails you a ranked list every morning.
- What xMap remembers about your company: Your city, industry and what you sell, filled in for you and always yours to change.
- Ask the map a question: How many of a kind of place, how many people for each, and where the gaps are, answered on the spot.
- How to build a B2B lead list from the map: Every business of a type in your territory, with contacts, scored, in a sheet or CRM.
- How to find the decision maker at each new business: Places from the map, people from your Apollo account, in one flow.
- Location intelligence: Using where things are, and what is around them, to make business decisions.
