Territory planning
Dividing a market into areas for reps or teams.
Territory planning divides a market so each rep or team has a fair, coherent area: similar numbers of accounts and potential, sensible travel. It starts from knowing what is in each area.
xMap Flows helps by counting and listing the businesses in each territory you draw, and by delivering each territory's new businesses to its owner. The Split by territory block divides the places a flow finds fairly between a number of reps or the people you name, by area, and each result carries its rep and territory; Route planner then puts each rep's places in a visiting order.
