Every client sees their land from space on Friday
Brooke owns a small site works firm in Austin. Her crews clear and grade land for new neighbourhoods, on three sites at once.
Listen to the story:
The challenge
Every Friday, her clients want to see progress. Brooke drives two hours between sites to take photos, then writes the reports late at night. And when rain stops the work, clients call to ask why nothing moved.
How the flow works
With xMap Flows, Brooke built Sentinel. Sentinel is an AI employee: a flow of 6 blocks.
Every Friday at six,
Every Friday at 6 am (Schedule)
Sentinel takes her three sites,
Her three sites (My data)
gets the latest clear picture of each one from space,
This week from above (Satellite images)
adds the rain coming next week,
Rain next week (Weather forecast)
writes a short note for each client,
A note for each client (xMap LLM)
and saves it as a PDF in their shared folder.
Into the clients’ folders (Google Drive)
What it solves
- Two hours of driving: solved by Satellite images
- Reports at midnight: solved by xMap LLM and Google Drive
- Why nothing moved?: solved by Weather forecast and xMap LLM
The result
This Friday, the notes are in the clients’ folders by seven, each with its picture from above. The Manor client sees forty acres cleared and graded. The rain coming on Tuesday is already explained. Brooke spends the morning on site.
Brooke’s clients see their land every Friday. Brooke sees her evenings again.
An illustrative scenario: the figures are modelled to show what the flow produces, not a customer's results.
