Sixty dealers watched, three worth a visit
Farah manages sixty dealers for one of Malaysia’s biggest paint makers, across Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley.
Listen to the story:
The challenge
She hears about trouble too late. A dealer closes, and orders keep going to an empty shop for weeks. Another one’s rating slides from four point five to three, and nobody asks why until sales fall. Farah has time to visit ten dealers a month.
How the flow works
With xMap Flows, Farah built Watchman. Watchman is an AI employee: a flow of 7 blocks.
Every Monday at eight,
Every Monday at 8 (Schedule)
Watchman takes her sixty dealers,
Her sixty dealers (My data)
looks each one up on the map,
Each dealer itself (Map business scan)
keeps only the ones that closed or slipped,
Closed or rating slipped (What changed)
puts the worst first,
Worst first (Sort and limit)
adds them to the dealer sheet,
The dealer sheet (Google Sheets)
and tells Farah who to visit first.
Farah’s Monday list (Email)
What it solves
- Shops close unseen: solved by Map business scan and What changed
- Ratings slide quietly: solved by What changed and Sort and limit
- Ten visits a month: solved by Email
The result
This Monday, Watchman flags three dealers. One in Shah Alam closed on Friday, and its orders stop that morning. Another in Cheras fell to three point two, and Farah visits it on Tuesday. The other fifty-seven stay off her list.
Farah no longer finds out when sales fall. She finds out when ratings do.
An illustrative scenario: the figures are modelled to show what the flow produces, not a customer's results.
The flow, block by block

- 2
Her sixty dealers
Brings in a table you uploaded or a list you saved on the My data page: your stores, customers, target accounts or sites.
- 3
Each dealer itself
Finds businesses on online maps live: name, category, rating, address, phone, website and whether it is open.
- 4
Closed or rating slipped
Lets through only the places this flow found before whose details changed since: closed, a rating that moved, a new phone or website, a new name or address, or any field you name.
- 5
Worst first
Puts the items in order, and can keep only the first ones: the 10 best rated, the 20 nearest, the highest fit scores.
- 6
- 7
