Rivals within 10 minutes’ drive of each store
The new rival shops within 10 minutes’ drive of each of your stores.
What it does
Every Monday: the clothing and shoe shops customers can reach within 10 minutes by car of each of your stores (your stores from My data, the areas drawn on the roads), only the new ones, each named after the store area it is in, emailed to the area managers.
In one sentence: Mondays at 08:00, take your table, take the area within 10 minutes by car of each place, find clothing stores and shoe stores in the area, keep only new ones, then email the list to you.
Why it is useful
A rival across town does not take your customers; one ten minutes away does. Drawing each store’s area on the roads keeps the list to the rivals that matter.

- How to score candidate store sites: Compare sites on residents, competitors and neighbours, with an AI score and a reason.
