Expansion committee pack, every month
A monthly expansion committee pack: every block scored, the best 20 investigated, approved, mapped.
What it does
Every month: every block of your cities scored for a new store (people, competition, anchors, roads), the best 20 investigated by an AI agent, ranked by xMap AI, approved by your admins, then saved to a sheet, emailed as a committee pack and mapped.
In one sentence: Monthly on the 1st at 08:00, in Sydney and Melbourne, count who lives around, keep those where population ≥ 400, count the supermarkets, hypermarkets and grocery stores within 1 km of each, work out new fields, sort them by people_per_store and keep the top 20, let the AI agent answer, score and rank them with xMap AI, write a report with xMap AI, wait for approval, then add row in Google Sheets, email the list to you and show them on a map.
Why it is useful
Expansion committees decide on a few slides that took weeks to make. This flow rebuilds the pack every month from live data, investigates each spot like an analyst would and waits for your approval before it goes out.

- Location intelligence: Using where things are, and what is around them, to make business decisions.
