Universities for my career fair partnerships
Universities with their careers lead and an approved invitation.
What it does
Every year before the season: universities and colleges in your country’s main cities, with the head of careers from Apollo and an invitation by xMap AI, approved by you, sent from Gmail.
In one sentence: Monthly on the 1st at 08:00, in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore, find universities and colleges in the area, find the Career Services Director, Head of Careers and Employer Relations Manager with Apollo, write a summary of each with xMap AI, wait for approval, then send email in Gmail and email the list to you.
Why it is useful
Career fairs need universities as partners. Reaching the careers team with a clear offer gets them on board.
Who it is for
Events, venues & exhibitions. Venues, event organisers, exhibition companies and wedding planners filling dates, booking suppliers and keeping guests safe. Every use case for events & venues
Best use cases

The time it saves
Monthly on the 1st at 08:00. Doing the same work by hand takes about 90 minutes each time, so it saves about 2 hours a month (an estimate). It is medium: 8 blocks.
