Properties that sold this week in Los Angeles, with the price
The properties that sold this week in Los Angeles, with the price, every Monday.
What it does
Every Monday: the properties in Los Angeles County that sold since the last county update, with the sale price and date, the address and the parcel, only the new sales, the highest price first, for investors following the market, emailed and on a map.
In one sentence: Mondays at 08:00, find the sales in the property records of Los Angeles County since the last run, keep only new ones, sort them by sale_price and keep the top 100, then email the list to you and show them on a map.
Why it is useful
Sales are the market’s real prices. Seeing each week’s sales and their prices as the county records them shows where prices move before the reports do.
