Bakeries and supermarkets to ask for surplus food
Food shops near you, asked for their surplus with an approved message.
What it does
Every quarter: the bakeries, supermarkets and grocery stores within 3 km of your food bank, with the owner or store manager from Apollo and a short request by xMap AI for their end-of-day surplus, approved by you, sent from Gmail.
In one sentence: Monthly on the 1st at 08:00, in Manchester, find bakeries, supermarkets and grocery stores in the area, keep only new ones, find the Owner, Store Manager and General Manager with Apollo, write a summary of each with xMap AI, wait for approval, then send email in Gmail and email the list to you.
Why it is useful
Bakeries and supermarkets throw away good food every night. A short, warm request to the right person turns that into meals.
