What it does

Every month: new apartment buildings, offices and malls of the last two years, every part of two cities searched, each once, sorted by kind, the people around them, the building suppliers within 5 km, the 50 areas with the fewest, scored by xMap AI, a report, emailed and mapped.

In one sentence: Monthly on the 1st at 08:00, in Cairo and Alexandria, find apartment buildings, corporate offices and shopping malls in the area, remove duplicates, clean up their categories, count who lives around, count the building materials stores and hardware stores within 5 km of each, sort them by nearby_count and keep the top 50, score and rank them with xMap AI, write a report with xMap AI, then email the list to you and show them on a map.
