Reputation programme for my clients
A full reputation programme for every client: ratings watched, an action plan and a review request, daily.
What it does
Every morning: each client on the map, rating moves, how it stands judged by xMap AI, an AI agent comparing it with competitors and writing an action plan, a message to ask happy customers for reviews, on Slack and by email.
In one sentence: Every day at 08:30, take your table, look each one up on online maps, spot what changed, score and rank them with xMap AI, let the AI agent answer, write a summary of each with xMap AI, then send message to a channel in Slack and email the list to you.
Why it is useful
Reputation agencies sell daily attention but do it by hand. This flow watches every client’s rating, compares it with the best rivals and writes the plan and a message to ask happy customers for reviews each morning.
