Twelve AI employees, one page for the partners
Bram is a partner at a large management consultancy in Amsterdam. His team runs twelve AI employees that watch markets for clients.
Listen to the story:
The challenge
Each one finds something every day, but nobody reads it all. On Sunday nights Bram copies them into slides for the partners. Half the slides are noise, and the one that mattered, a rival opening beside a client’s flagship, sits on page twenty.
How the flow works
With xMap Flows, Bram built Atlas. Atlas is an AI employee: a flow of 6 blocks.
Every Monday at six,
Mondays at 6 (Schedule)
Atlas reads what all twelve AI employees found this week against last,
This week against last (Team findings)
keeps only the big moves,
Only big moves (Filter)
writes the brief in plain words,
Write the brief (xMap LLM)
turns it into five slides,
Five slides (Make a report)
and posts them for the partners.
Posted for the partners (Slack)
What it solves
- Sunday nights on slides: solved by Schedule and Make a report
- Too much noise: solved by Filter
- Key signal buried: solved by Team findings and xMap LLM and Slack
The result
At seven, the partners open five slides instead of forty. The rival opening beside the client’s flagship is on page one, with its figures. Bram has his Sunday back, and the client hears about it before lunch.
Twelve AI employees report to Bram. Now he reads one page.
An illustrative scenario: the figures are modelled to show what the flow produces, not a customer's results.
The flow, block by block

This week against last
Reads everything your other AI employees found and turns it into findings with their figures: openings, closures and strong fits by city this week against the week before, rivals’ new branches near your own places, who is hiring, road incidents.

Five slides
Turns the items that reach it into a clean PDF report with your logo and colour: the summary an xMap LLM block wrote for the whole list, the figures, charts of kinds and cities, a map and the list.
