Open day ads: the right blocks and the right words
The blocks to target with open day ads, and the ad line for each, approved.
What it does
Every month before the open day: the blocks with the most children, the rival schools within 2 km, scored by xMap AI for local ads, an ad line for each strong block, approved, saved to a sheet, emailed and mapped.
In one sentence: Monthly on the 1st at 08:00, in Cairo, count who lives around, sort them by children_0_19 and keep the top 40, count the international schools and schools within 2 km of each, work out new fields, score and rank them with xMap AI, keep those where fit score ≥ 65, write a summary of each with xMap AI, wait for approval, then add row in Google Sheets, email the list to you and show them on a map.
Why it is useful
Open day ads work when they reach parents nearby with the right words. This flow picks the blocks and writes the lines for approval.

How to set it up
- Build your first flow in ten minutes: From a blank page to a flow that emails you a ranked list every morning.
- Ask the map a question: How many of a kind of place, how many people for each, and where the gaps are, answered on the spot.
- Enrich a list once: A CSV of addresses or companies back with phone, website, rating and an AI score.
- Count what is around each of your places: Competitors, footfall magnets or services within a distance of each site.
- Location intelligence: Using where things are, and what is around them, to make business decisions.
- Site selection: Choosing where to open a store, branch, clinic or facility.
- How to score candidate store sites: Compare sites on residents, competitors and neighbours, with an AI score and a reason.
