Keep my store locator fresh
Your store locator updated every week with current details.
What it does
Every week: each stockist in your table found on the map with its phone, website, rating and opening status, sent to your website’s store locator.
In one sentence: Sundays at 08:00, take your table, look each one up on online maps, then send a request in HTTP and email the list to you.
Why it is useful
Phones, hours and ratings change. The store locator shows what is true now.
Who it is for
E-commerce & D2C brands. Online stores and direct-to-consumer brands choosing pickup points, stockists, pop-ups and cities, and keeping deliveries on time. Every use case for e-commerce & d2c
Best use cases
- A brand with many stockists
- A franchise network
- A pharmacy brand
What each run gives you
- An update to your website
The time it saves
Sundays at 08:00. Doing the same work by hand takes about 30 minutes each time; it runs about 4 times a month, so it saves about 2 hours a month (an estimate). It is easy: 5 blocks.
The flow, block by block
- Every SundayTrigger · ScheduleStarts the flow on a timetable.
- Our stockistsYour data · My dataBrings in a table you uploaded or a list you saved on the My data page: your stores, customers, target accounts or sites.
- Each stockist on the mapxMap data · Map business scanFinds businesses on online maps live: name, category, rating, address, phone, website and whether it is open.
- Send them to the store locatorApp · HTTPCalls any web address (an API, a webhook, your own system) with GET, POST, PUT, PATCH or DELETE, once per item or once per run, and adds the answer to each item: http_status, http_response and, for a JSON answer, each of its values as a field of its own (http_score, for example).
- Email me the resultsAction · EmailSends one email per run with all the items, or one email per item.
Every block can be changed after you use the template: the city, the type of place, the score, where the results go.
