The board brief that writes itself on Monday
Tomas heads strategy at a large fuel and charging company in Prague.
Listen to the story:
The challenge
His company already has AI employees watching rivals, openings and closures across the city. But every Monday he spends the morning copying their numbers into slides for the board. By the time the deck is ready, the week has moved on.
How the flow works
With xMap Flows, Tomas built Quill. Quill is an AI employee: a flow of 5 blocks.
Every Monday at six,
Every Monday at 6 (Schedule)
Quill reads what the other AI employees found this week against last,
This week against last (Team findings)
writes a short brief from their figures,
A short brief (xMap LLM)
turns it into a report,
The board report (Make a report)
and emails it to the board before they arrive.
To the board (Microsoft Outlook)
What it solves
- A morning of copying: solved by Team findings and xMap LLM
- Numbers in ten emails: solved by Team findings and Make a report
- Old news by the board: solved by Schedule and Microsoft Outlook
The result
This Monday, the brief leads with five new rival chargers within a kilometre of their sites in Smichov and Karlin, and two closed stations in Chodov. The board reads it over breakfast. By ten they agree on two new sites.
Tomas stopped reporting on the week. Now he gets to act on it.
An illustrative scenario: the figures are modelled to show what the flow produces, not a customer's results.

This week against last
Reads everything your other AI employees found and turns it into findings with their figures: openings, closures and strong fits by city this week against the week before, rivals’ new branches near your own places, who is hiring, road incidents.

The board report
Turns the items that reach it into a clean PDF report with your logo and colour: the summary an xMap LLM block wrote for the whole list, the figures, charts of kinds and cities, a map and the list.
