How to run your AI employees from WhatsApp
Ask, build, run and pause flows from your phone, by message, voice note or call.
Ask xMap, the assistant in the app, also answers on xMap’s own WhatsApp number, working as you in your organization. Nothing needs connecting.
- In xMap Flows, open Settings, Your WhatsApp, add your number and type the 6-digit code it sends you.
- Write to xMap’s WhatsApp number: what did my flows find this week? or email me new pharmacies in Madrid every Monday.
- Tap Yes when it asks: anything that builds, changes, runs, deploys, pauses or sends waits for your go-ahead.
- Send a voice note, a photo, a PDF or a spreadsheet, or share your location and ask what is near you.
- Switch on Morning briefing on WhatsApp in Settings, Notifications for a short message each working morning.
You can also call the number and talk. Changes are still confirmed with a tap in the chat, never by voice. Your company’s admins can switch it off or make it read only for the organization. Help: Ask xMap on WhatsApp.
