How to build a WhatsApp assistant that answers about places
Customers ask on WhatsApp; an AI agent searches and replies.
- Connect WhatsApp Business under Connections.
- Start the flow with the WhatsApp new message event.
- Add an AI agent with instructions (who it is, what it may answer).
- Link tools to its purple port: Nearby places with
{{agent}}as the type and place, Weather, a table of your branches. - End with Reply and deploy.
