White space analysis

Finding areas with demand but little or no supply.

White space is where customers are and competitors are not: districts with many residents and few pharmacies, neighbourhoods with families and no nursery. Finding it means comparing demand (people, businesses) with supply (existing outlets) area by area.

With hexagon demographics and counts of a type of place per area, a flow can list the districts with the most people per outlet each month.
