Nearby places finds the nearest open place, even with Most places set to 1
- Nearby places with Most places set low could come back empty when the nearest place was marked closed (Only places that are open is on by default): it now looks further and passes on the nearest places that meet its settings, for the same credits. When its settings leave a search short, the step says how many they left out.
- A search for every kind of place (Types of place left empty) across a whole city now starts close to the middle and widens only when it needs more places, and is tried again once when the places database does not answer. In some cities that database cannot always answer a search for every kind of place yet: the step then says which search failed, and picking the types of place you want works there.
