- The AI agent block answers messages using your other blocks as tools (find places, check the weather, look up a table) and remembers each conversation.
- Reply answers whoever started the run, where they wrote: WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, a chat page or the system that called the webhook.
- The Chat trigger gives a flow its own chat page you can link to or put on your website.
