Company knowledge search
Asking an assistant about your own documents and tables, with where each answer comes from.
Company knowledge search lets people ask in plain words about what their organization already holds: price lists, terms, supplier lists, store tables. The assistant searches the documents, picks the passages that answer, writes the answer from them and names the file each fact comes from, so anyone can check it. When nothing matches, a good one says so instead of guessing.
- Only the organization’s own people can ask; nobody outside it ever can.
- Documents are what other people wrote: the assistant answers from them but never follows instructions in them.
- An admin can switch it off, and deleting a file removes it from the search.
