Mobility Footfall is live, and Nearby places counts everything
- A new film on the Mobility Footfall page shows it on live data: footfall per day, the busiest hour and day, the trend, and where visitors come from.
- Mobility Footfall now reads xMap’s own mobility data: footfall per day around each place (people-hours of presence scaled to the population, not unique visitors), the busiest hour and day, how the day splits, the trend on the week before, and where visitors come from and how they travel. Aggregates only, never a person or a device. It covers Riyadh (footfall) and Sao Paulo (trips) so far; a place with no data yet says so and costs nothing.
- Nearby places counting around each of your places can now give the true number within the distance, past the 500 nearest, and Ask the map and Size a market say the exact total.
- Filter and Branch have Footfall per day.
- Nearby places no longer needs a type of place: leave Types of place empty to find every kind of place around a point or each of your places. A new Nearby places block now starts empty; blocks you already have keep their types.
