What Outscraper is
Outscraper is a service that extracts business listings, reviews and related data from online maps and other sites, delivered as files or through an API.
A one-off extract is a snapshot. Knowing what is new tomorrow, what closed, which places matter most and getting them to the right person each morning needs more steps.
Where xMap Flows is different
- Each flow is an AI employee with a job: a role, a timetable, a monthly budget, and a choice of how much it does alone (ask me first, act and tell me, or fully on its own). Together they work as a team: an org chart, handoffs from one to the next, a Team inbox where each reports, and a weekly review.
- Scheduled flows: the same search every morning, only what is new.
- Ranking with reasons by xMap AI, and filters on rating, chains, opening date and more.
- Delivered to email, Slack, WhatsApp, Sheets or the CRM, and kept in Results.
- Location data beyond listings: hiring, traffic, weather, demographics, satellite.
When Outscraper is the better choice
We would rather you use the right tool. Outscraper is likely the better fit when:
- A large one-time export of listings for analysis elsewhere.
- Bulk review text for research projects.
Use them together
Load an existing export into My data and let a flow enrich, rank and monitor those places from then on.
Moving to xMap Flows
- Upload past exports as a table in My data.
- Use Match with my table to skip what you already have.
- Schedule the flow to keep the list current.
Most teams start from a template or by describing the flow to Ask xMap.
Questions
Can I bring my existing lists?
Yes: upload a CSV to My data (up to 5,000 rows) and use it as the starting point of a flow.
