Ten new things: monthly cost, previews, change alerts, your own database and more
- Beside Deploy, the editor shows about how many credits a month the flow would use live, in red when it is a lot. Set a monthly credit limit in the … menu to cap it.
- A test run shows what each Email and app block would send: open What it would send on its step to see the message filled in.
- Map business scan keeps only the kinds of place you searched for (Only the kinds searched): no more astrologers in a list of clinics.
- Flows page: Select, then archive, move, tag or delete several flows at once.
- New block, Save to my database: writes the results into a table of your own PostgreSQL, BigQuery or Snowflake, adding rows or updating them by a key. Free.
- New block, What changed: lets through only the places your flow knows whose details changed, such as closed, a rating that moved or a new phone. Free.
- Schedules every 5, 15 or 30 minutes, or every hour, can run on some days only and between two times, such as 08:00 to 18:00 on weekdays.
- Approval emails have Approve and Decline buttons.
- Job postings: Within 10, 25, 50 or 100 km of the place searched, with each posting’s distance.
- AI assistants that connect by signing in in the browser (OAuth) can now use xMap Flows: add https://flows.xmap.ai/mcp as a connector and sign in.
