Reviews, read by xMap AI
- POI Intelligence has a Reviews setting: each place’s latest 5, 10, 20 or 40 reviews, newest first, with their average and how many were rated 1 or 2. Reviewers’ names and photos are never kept. charged per place whose reviews come back.
- xMap LLM has a new task, Read reviews: what customers praise, what they complain about, whether it is getting better or worse, and a score of how happy recent customers are. Only places with reviews are sent, and charged.
