Start a flow from an app event
- A new group of trigger blocks, App events: a flow can now start when something happens in HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Pipedrive, Zendesk, WhatsApp and 18 other apps: a new contact or deal, a new ticket, a message to your business number, and 160 more events. What happened comes in as the item, with its fields.
- Most events are checked on a timetable you pick (every 5 or 15 minutes, or every hour); some apps tell xMap as it happens. The event is switched on when the flow goes live and off when it is paused.
- Gmail, Google Drive and Google Sheets have no events here: xMap asks Google only for the permissions sending needs. For a sheet, use the New rows trigger.
