When a teammate has the same flow open, their initials show in the header (a green ring means they are editing).
When you both make changes, they are merged block by block instead of one of you losing their work: their changes come into your canvas within 20 seconds, and your save is merged with theirs. If you both changed the same block, the later save wins and the flow says which block.
