Approval: a person says yes before a flow goes on

• The new Approval block stops a run until someone approves: the flow’s owner, your organization’s admins, or the colleagues you name.
• They get an email and a notification, see the items and your note, and approve or decline, with a note of their own. Approved, the run carries on; declined, it stops there and nothing more is sent.
• You choose how long to wait for an answer, and whether the run then stops or carries on. The answer stays on record with the run.
