New block: Outreach

• Outreach (in Actions) writes to each result for you: a first message, then up to two follow-ups a few days apart, by email from your own verified sender or on WhatsApp, and it stops by itself when they reply.
• Every first message waits for your OK on the new Outreach page (under Results): read it, rewrite it, approve it. Messages go out a few a day, in working hours in each receiver’s own time zone, with an unsubscribe link.
• A reply marks the result Contacted, tells you and whoever works it, and lands in your mailbox.
