Every template works on a new account

• A step for an app you have not connected, or one that still needs a setting (a Slack channel), is left out of the first run and named, so the rest runs and you get your results.
• Templates that start from a Google Sheet take your own list: a CSV, a sheet link or example rows.
• Templates that answer messages (WhatsApp, for example) show you a try on an example message before you connect the app.
• A first run is sized for a new account, and the page says how to look at more places.
• Run once on a flow that starts from new rows in a table runs on that table’s rows, and What changed sends its first look, so the first email is never empty.
