Ask xMap answers from your own files
- Ask about your own business, in the app or on WhatsApp, such as “what does the Barista Pro cost on our price list?”. Ask xMap searches the reference files your team uploaded and your My data tables, answers from them and says which file or table each answer comes from. When nothing matches, it says so instead of guessing.
- Everyone in your organization can ask; nobody outside it ever can. An organization admin can switch it off in Settings, Advanced.
