Small fixes from a full check

• The Status page says partly working when one outside data source (exchange rates, map features, a tender source...) is not answering, naming it, instead of saying xMap Flows is down: everything else keeps working and the flows that use it say so in their run.
• Talking to an AI employee (Team inbox and Slack) is smarter: xMap AI reads what you mean, so can you make it every hour instead changes it instead of being taken as a question; it says it reports to you and who hired it, never that it is owned; and a change made from Slack shows in the open flow within seconds, no reload.
• Team inbox: a message written in Slack, a new note or an answer appears in the open conversation by itself within seconds, no reload needed.
• Team chart: search, filter tabs (Working, Not working yet, Needs fixing, Finished) and an order, like the Flows page; in the Team inbox’s window the title and these stay at the top while you scroll.
• Team inbox in Slack: the employee and you now talk in the channel itself, not hidden inside a thread: a message you write in the channel reaches the employee and is answered there, and what you write in the app shows in the channel too.
• Check the Slack link (Team inbox, an employee linked to Slack): asks Slack itself whether the account signs in, the channel is in its workspace, the xMap Flows app is a member, the account may read the channel and Slack sends messages back, each with what to do.
• Your market: the map always fills the page, top to bottom and side to side, with no empty band above or below the world, however far you zoom out.
• Team chart: AI employees that do not hand work to another stand beside the chart in a grid, Working on their own, instead of one long column.
• Team inbox: its title and Team chart sit at the top of the page like every other page; a conversation in the app also goes to the employee’s Slack thread, and the inbox says when Slack has not sent anything back yet.
• Team inbox in Slack: linking an AI employee to a Slack channel posts a first message there at once (or says to invite the xMap Flows app to the channel first), and any reply in that message’s thread is answered there just as in the app: questions, pause, run now and changes, all kept in the Team inbox too.
• In the Team inbox, a hello or a thanks is answered free, and who owns this? or who made it? is answered from the flow itself.
• Your market no longer shows Something went wrong when it opens with a population layer before the page has finished loading.
• The account menu (your picture, top right) has Resources: help, guides, films, blocks and the API in one place.
• The editor’s block list and the Blocks page list every group A to Z, so a new block always lands in its place.
• The Operations first screen fits a phone exactly, and its alerts no longer repeat their own name.
• Help: Find your way around the app names all six places and the new Results tabs.
• On your first screen the menu no longer lights up Your market.
• How it works shows the map home, the Team inbox, first screens by role, what each employee brings, visits on the phone and charts from a sentence.
• The menu starts with Flows, then Team inbox, and the app always opens on Flows; your first screen (Sales, Analyst or Operations) is now a tab of Results.
• Two new films: Outreach and Team findings now have their own explainer on their block pages and in Videos, and the flows drawn in every block film show their block names again.
