Updated Terms, Privacy Policy and data processing agreement
The Terms of Service now describe the product as it is today: which data is live and which is sample, how credits are charged, the messages your flows send, confidentiality, and what happens when an account ends.
The Privacy Policy lists exactly what we keep and for how long, and your rights wherever you are. We do not track whether you open or click our emails.
The Data processing agreement is complete, with the standard clauses for transfers from Europe, the United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia.
For accounts created before 5 October 2026, the updated Terms apply from 4 November 2026.
