Monthly spending limit (Billing): the most credits your whole organization may use in a month, across every flow and person. When it is reached, runs that need credits stop until the 1st and the admins are told.
Run once shows its price before you click, and a run that cannot deliver (an account or a setting is missing) stops before it uses any credits.
A live flow you change says straight away if its next run would fail.
On a phone the editor opens as a list of steps: tap one to change it. A button switches to the canvas.
Admins can download the activity log (who did what, two years), require two-step sign-in for everyone, and see who is waiting to join. Settings shows your signed-in devices and recovery codes.
Long runs have four minutes. One that takes longer stops with a message that says what to change, instead of being cut off.
