Ask xMap sends your WhatsApp alerts from xMap’s number
- Ask xMap to send you something on WhatsApp and the flow now writes to you from xMap’s own WhatsApp number, with nothing to connect. Your own WhatsApp Business number is used only to write to customers.
- Ask xMap to watch a brand, such as Starbucks, and it now searches the type of place that brand is listed under, so its branches are found.
