Regional data now has Property listings for the United Arab Emirates, beside the United States and Japan: shops, restaurants, offices, condos, houses and apartments listed right now for rent or for sale in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the other emirates, each with its price in UAE dirhams, size, price per m2, address and its page. Pick the country United Arab Emirates, then the dataset Property listings. Rents are a month, as in the other two countries; a listing’s own yearly rent stays in its words.
Around your own places it counts the listings nearby, with the median price and price per m2, the cheapest and the nearest, like the other two countries.
