Add your WhatsApp number once in Settings, Your WhatsApp (or from a WhatsApp block) and confirm the code we send. Your AI employees can then write to you, and to teammates who added theirs, from xMap’s own WhatsApp number: the WhatsApp block now starts on Send from: xMap’s WhatsApp, with nothing to connect.
To write to customers or anyone else, pick Send from: my own WhatsApp number and connect your WhatsApp Business account, as before. Blocks you already set up keep sending from your account.
Notices can come on WhatsApp too: Settings, Notifications, On WhatsApp, for the kinds you choose and within How many a day. Send STOP to xMap’s number to stop, START to start again.
xMap’s WhatsApp number is being switched on: until it is, the app says so and nothing is sent from it.
