On Flows, switch to Chart to see your AI employees as a team: each one a card with its role, what it works on, whether it is working and this week’s numbers, and lines for who feeds whom (one hands its results to another, the Market analyst reads the others, a saved list, two that watch the same places). The Team inbox has it too, under Team chart.
Drag one employee onto another to set up a handoff: when the first finds something, the second works on it, in the same run. It says in words what will change before anything does, and Undo takes it out again. On a phone the chart is a list, and the share button on each card sets up a handoff. AI assistants connected through MCP get team_chart and hand_off.
