Choose how many notices a day you want in Settings, Notifications: All, About 10, About 3 or Only urgent. Failures, approvals, paused budgets and messages to you always ring; then strong fits, replies and work given to you; then the rest.
What does not ring waits quietly in the notification centre, marked held back, and in the Team inbox: it does not pop up, go to your phone or count on the bell. Sign-in and security emails are never held back.
