Not every result is a lead. Each AI employee now has the buttons that fit what it finds: Leads get Contacted, Meeting, Won and Ignore; Things to watch get Useful and Not useful; Alerts such as road closures or rain get Handled and Not relevant; Reports such as who lives in an area get none.
It is worked out from the flow’s blocks. Click the employee’s picture on Flows to change it under What it finds.
The same buttons are everywhere: on result cards and pages, in Slack, WhatsApp and Telegram messages and in the daily summary. The board shows leads only, and Useful or Handled teach the employee like Won.
