The brush, first in the canvas’s bar, opens the drawing tools: Select, Note, Text, Shapes (rectangle, circle, triangle, diamond, speech bubble), Arrow, Pen, Marker, Section, Stamp and Eraser. Hold Shift for a perfect square, circle or straight line; hold still at the end of a rough circle or line and it becomes a clean one.
Click a drawing to change it: its settings open where a block’s do, with colour, fill, thickness, see-through, line style, text, arrowheads, six ready-made looks and arrange, and a small style bar sits right above it. Back to returns to the block you were on.
Sections sit behind your blocks with a title, and carry the blocks inside them when you move them. An arrow dropped on a block sticks to it and follows it.
Label this flow draws a titled section around each stage (when and where, find, decide, send) with a short note under each, in one click.
Drawings are saved with the flow, show on your teammates’ screens, come back with Undo and version history, never run and cost nothing. Hide clears them from view. Phones show them; drawing is on computers and iPads with a pen.
