The menu is one floating bar across the top, and your picture opens a small menu with Settings, Help, What’s new and Sign out.
In a flow, there is one bar: the four places of the app as icons, then the flow’s own buttons. The blocks, the block list and a block’s settings float over a calm background like frosted glass.
The block list can be made slim, to icons only, with the arrow at its top.
