Admins can make keys that belong to the organization rather than a person (Team page, Organization API keys), for systems such as a data warehouse or a scheduler. They keep working when people leave.
A key reads and writes as a member, or only reads as a viewer, never as an admin. It works with the data API and the MCP server like a personal key, the activity log names it, and ending it stops it at once and passes its flows to you.
